The Project

The construction site of the luxury residential complex needed a visual identity that embodied the elegance and quality of the project, which was intended for a demanding and sophisticated audience. Our mission was to create a visual identity that reflected the prestige of the brand and the charm of the location, while enhancing the uniqueness of the real estate offering.

The challenge

The main challenge was to translate the values of the project-exclusivity, sophistication, and harmony with the natural surroundings-into a design that was both distinctive and memorable. It was essential to balance modern aesthetics with references to tradition and the land, without compromising the logo's versatility for different uses.

The approach

We adopted a purposeful creative process, starting with an in-depth analysis of the project's target audience and context. The logo was developed with clean lines and elegant shapes, inspired by the movement of waves and the brightness of the Misano Adriatico sea. The color palette, consisting of sophisticated shades of blue and gold, was chosen to evoke luxury and serenity. The result is a visual identity that immediately communicates prestige and harmony, perfectly in line with the essence of the residential complex.
