Intea Engineering: a new face for electronic innovation
Renewing online presence through a simple site to communicate complex products
The Project
Intea Engineering, which specializes in the design and manufacture of electronic boards and sensors, needed an online presence that clearly and effectively communicated the complexity and specificity of its technical offerings. We therefore undertook a project to remake the website and its interface so that it would become entirely custom to best represent the company's expertise and its products.
The challenge
The main challenge was to communicate the wide and technically articulated range of products through an intuitive digital experience. The goal was not only to describe them, but to make them understandable and navigable through a specially designed user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX), overcoming the communicative limitations of the previous site.
The approach
We adopted a 'user-centric' design approach. Through the development of a custom website, we reorganized the information architecture to make the different product lines and their application areas easily accessible. Particular attention was paid to the UI, with the use of clear visual elements and clean graphics, and to the UX, ensuring logical and fluid navigation paths that guided the user by simplifying the understanding of their technical offerings without trivializing them.
