SHM has never been just an acronym; it is a statement of purpose. We were born as Social Horizon Marketing because, in the not too distant past, we had the insight to look where others did not yet see anything. When our company was born, digital was uncharted territory. In that context, the sun we chose for our logo had a double meaning, powerful and prophetic: it was not only a source of light, but represented a notification on the horizon. It was the dawn of Social Media, the signal of a global connection that was about to wake up the world and revolutionize forever the way companies talked to people.
Today, that dawn has turned into a new day. We are facing a second, gigantic evolutionary phase: the era of Artificial Intelligence. The horizon has moved even further, and we are ready to explore it with the same pioneering spirit. But our vision has changed in substance. If social has connected the world, AI has the power to liberate it.
Too often we talk about technology as a threat or replacement. We reject this narrative. We believe that agencies today have a moral and strategic duty: to integrate these tools not to replace human ingenuity, but to empower it. Automation must take over the repetition, computation and effort so that we and our clients can regain the greatest luxury: time. Time to create, time to strategize, and above all, time to get back to doing what no machine can ever match us at: feeling emotions and living life to the fullest.
