When to use it Immediately after creating the estimate on Flowlu, when the document to send to the client is needed. It is activated with phrases like "create the PDF offer for this estimate", "transform the estimate into an offer", "make me the offer for [client]".

When to use it When you close an advertising period and need to send the results to the client: "create the campaign report", "prepare the summary for the client", "Meta Ads summary for this period". When starting, it asks which company to set the graphic layout for, SHM or Red Apple.

When to use it When the report needs to be signed Red Apple instead of SHM: "make the report for Red Apple", "this client belongs to Red Apple". It is automatically triggered by the main skill if you choose that guise.

When to use it When a site needs a strange script for visitors, a client sees a captcha asking to press Win+R, you find thousands of spam articles about casinos or drugs, or you simply need to check if a WordPress site is compromised. Even just: "check if these sites are infected," "clean the fake reCAPTCHA virus," "the site is very slow after infection."

When to use it At the end of the quarter, when documents are needed for accounting and VAT. Phrases like: "prepare the documents for the accountant", "download the quarterly bank statements", "give me Q2", "I need bank statement + card + km reimbursements + Wise", "bank statement as of 06/30".

When to use it When you have created a skill and want to make it available to the team on the website. Phrases like "publish this skill on the site", "add skill X to the dashboard", "put this skill on shm.studio/skills".

When to use it Before a meeting or a discovery call with a new contact, when you need to be prepared. This applies to a final client you're prospecting (marketing/web/social), a B2B prospect evaluating SHM as a technical supplier, or someone who wants to automate processes with AI/CRM/workflows. Phrases like 'analyze this website for me,' 'create a pre-meeting brief,' 'prepare me for the automation call.'

When to use it Immediately after a sales call, when you need to send the summary to the client. It starts from meeting notes or a Fireflies link and returns the email already in Davide's style, tone, and structure. Phrases like 'recap the call with X', 'send a few lines after today's call', 'follow-up post-meeting'.

When to use it When you have a Flowlu quote PDF and want to send it via email without a heavy attachment. It converts it into clean, organized, and readable text, ready to be pasted into the email body. Phrases like 'rewrite this quote for email', 'put it in email format', 'give me the text version of the offer'.

When to use it When you need to formalize an offer starting from an Opportunity in the CRM. It creates the linked Estimate on Flowlu with services structured in the SHM style (web development, SEO, video, automations, AI, marketing, graphics). Phrases like 'prepare a quote', 'quote the work X', 'send the costs to client Y'.

When to use it When you need to turn to-dos into tracked activities on the management system. Creates one or more tasks on Flowlu from free text, even by pasting a list for the team, managing deadlines, priorities, and assignees. Phrases like "create a task on Flowlu", "add this activity", "put on Flowlu".

When to use it Before moving a WordPress site from the test domain to the final one. Performs the 8 go-live checks (backend, broken and test links, Yoast SEO, Contact Form 7 forms, privacy, SMTP/Brevo, Flamingo logs, auto-update and licenses) and produces a final report. Phrases like "pre-go-live check for site X", "check before publishing", "we need to put this WordPress online".

When to use it When a WordPress site needs to track leads while remaining GDPR-compliant. Set up and verify GA4 conversions (e.g., form submission as a key event) and Google Consent Mode v2 (Iubenda, CookieYes, Complianz, Cookiebot). Example phrases: "set up GA4 conversions on site X", "fix consent mode", "do the tracking setup like on shm.studio".

When to use it When you have client modification requests on a site and a BugSmash link to pass to the developer. Turn each observation into a clear and concise comment in English, placed in the right spot on the page. Phrases like "put the client's changes on the bugsmash", "add comments for the dev", "pass the requests to the developer".

When to use it When you need to change the order of products or sections on the Prontex website, working from the backend. Phrases like "move X to the bottom", "put product Y after Z", "sort the thermometers", "reorder the categories/solutions" on prontex.it.

When to use it When a new episode of the SuperSaro comic comes out to be published on sa.ro.it, in Italian and English. Create the 3D FlipBook viewers from the PDFs, embed them in the post with the language swap, set up IT/EN intros, EN slug, covers, and release date. Phrases like "add episode N of SuperSaro", "the EN comic doesn't show up", "the EN slug is wrong".

When to use it When you need to translate or localize a WordPress site that uses TranslatePress, entirely or partially. It covers page content, theme/plugin strings, slugs, SEO (title, meta, OG), and image ALT/titles. Phrases like "translate the site into English", "localize the site", "translate only the ALTs", "page X's slug is missing".

When to use it When you want to check if a multilingual website is translated correctly and consistently with the client's official terminology. It builds a bilingual technical glossary from catalogs/brochures and compares the website against it, finding untranslated or incorrect strings. Phrases like 'check the translations for website X,' 'align the website with the catalog,' 'the English version uses the wrong words.'

When to use it When the version in another language of a qspcars.com blog post is missing. Translates from Italian (EN, FR, DE, ES or other) by creating a published page that mirrors the original structure and is SEO-optimized (meta title, meta description, slug, ALT). Phrases like "translate blog X into French", "make me the German version of the article", "now do it for me in Spanish too".

When to use it When the PUK product galleries on the site have the photos in the wrong order. It sets the studio photo "product on in gray" as the first one and moves the contextual ones (sand, bricks, grass, lifestyle) to the end. Phrases like "put the gray photo first", "fix the photo order", "remove the contextual shots from the first photo" on dev.puk.it.

When to use it When you need to check and fix product photo names on Sforzin's SharePoint (Urban, Miloox, Tecnico brands). Ensures only one main photo per product and all others marked "Ambientata" (Lifestyle), starting from a brand website URL. Example phrases: "check Urban product photos", "fix photo names on SharePoint".

When to use it When you need to log the month's trips on the mileage reimbursement system, keeping the workload close to historical data but different across months. It analyzes the history, builds the monthly plan, enters the appointments, and then reviews them. Phrases like "do the mileage reimbursements for [month]", "fill the calendar", "how many kilometers did I drive".

When to use it When you want to distribute an already installed skill to the rest of the team. You package it into a .skill file and upload it to the "SHM Skills" Drive folder, returning the link ready to be forwarded to collaborators. Phrases like "save skill X on Drive", "share skill with the team", "make me the .skill of X".
