The Project:
Bonfiglioli Consulting is a global leader in management consulting. The previous digital presence, however, struggled to effectively communicate the breadth and specificity of the services portfolio, risking dispersing the user's attention. Our intervention involved a complete redesign of the company website, focusing on four key pillars:
- Restructuring of information architecture
- Modernization of the graphical user interface (UI)
- User Experience Optimization (UX)
- Advanced SEO strategy for international markets
Challenge:
The project had dual operational complexity:

The strategy was developed through three distinct operational phases:
