The Project:

CDR Pumps is an established manufacturer of industrial centrifugal pumps--mechanically sealed, magnetically driven, in plastics, metal, and fully custom--targeted at highly demanding industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial.
The company site was already operational and fully presented the brand's offerings and expertise, but it was not supported by a real SEO strategy.

Our goal was to increase organic visibility and qualified traffic, turning an existing site into an asset capable of generating opportunities in international markets.

Challenge:

The main challenge was to implement an SEO strategy from scratch on a site that was already online and fully operational, but designed without any attention to search engine optimization logic.

This required:

 

  • A deep analysis of a non-SEO-oriented structure.
  • The identification of technical, structural, and content gaps
  • The correction of entrenched critical issues without being able to start over from a new site
Approach:

We adopted a structured, multi-step method:

 

  1. Technical and content SEO audit
    Complete mapping of critical issues of the pre-existing site: structure, performance, content, information hierarchy.
  2. Industry- and product-specific keyword research
    Identification of queries actually used by decision makers in target industries, with focus on real products, applications, and problems.
  3. Review of structure and content
    Reorganization of key pages, on-page optimization, and architecture improvement to make the site more readable by users and engines.
  4. Advanced SEO for AI-based engines
    Implementation of schema markup and data structure designed for next-generation, artificial intelligence-based search engines.

Achievements

The overall goal was to make the site understandable, authoritative, and relevant in the eyes of search engines, overcoming the limitations of a lack of initial SEO planning.
