Development of a custom website to enhance the professional identity of Cecille Ahrens, psychotherapist and coach. The project redefined the information architecture, visual language, and user experience to communicate empathy, professionalism, and clarity, facilitating understanding of services and conversion into contacts or appointments.

The Project:

Cecille Ahrens works as a psychotherapist and coach, offering pathways for personal growth, emotional well-being and psychological support.
Its online presence did not fully consistently reflect the professionalism, empathetic approach, and variety of services offered.
The goal of the project was to design a site that could:

 

  • Communicate in a clear and engaging way the Cecille Ahrens brand identity and values
  • Make it easy to understand the types of services (individual therapy, couples therapy, groups, coaching)
  • Create a reassuring and professional digital experience
  • Facilitate the conversion of visitors into contacts or appointments
Challenge:

The main difficulty was to transform an emotionally and relationally related offering into a coherent and immediate digital interface. Specifically:

 

  • Maintain an empathetic and human tone while providing structure and professional clarity
  • Avoid an excess of content that could be dispersive to the user
  • Define navigation paths suitable for users with different needs (therapy, coaching, groups)
  • Ensuring that the site was also accessible and reassuring from mobile
Approach:

We followed a user-centered method, structuring the work on several fronts:

 

  • Collection of Cecille Ahrens' values, tone-of-voice, and brand identity in order to define a consistent visual and verbal language
  • Reorganization of the information architecture into clear sections: “About me,” “Services,” “What I offer,” “Resources,” “Contacts”
  • Designing a UX/UI design in which colors, spaces, and visual hierarchies were chosen that conveyed welcome, confidence, and professionalism
  • Creating target-optimized text and visual content with clear call-to-actions and accessible contact forms
  • Technical optimization for performance, mobile browsing, and loading times
