Complete restyling of the digital presence of Flex Arena, a brand specializing in the design and management of sports and multipurpose facilities. The project reorganized the information architecture, clarified the complexity of the offering, and created a professional, high-performance, lead generation-oriented website for different stakeholders: managers, event organizers, and investors.
Flex Arena is a brand that designs, builds and manages multipurpose spaces-such as stadiums, multifunctional arenas and sports complexes-destined to host events, sports matches and entertainment initiatives.
The digital presence did not fully reflect the complexity of the offerings nor the variety of services available, being scattered and ineffective in converting visitors into customers or partners.
The goal of the project was to redefine the site and digital interface for:
- Make the arena universe (functions, spaces, applications) immediately understandable
- Promote the differentiating value of Flex Arena in sports infrastructure
- Improve the experience for different stakeholders: managers, event-organisers, investors
- Turn the site into a true professional lead generation and presentation tool
The main difficulty lay in translating a wide-ranging offering, including design, construction, facilities management, and event services, into digital. An appropriate technical level had to be maintained without sacrificing clarity and usability. In particular, it was necessary to:
- Simplify the narrative of complex infrastructure while maintaining technical rigor
- Design user paths for different profiles (managers, investors, organizers)
- Ensure a responsive site that performs well on mobile and desktop
- Equipping the site with content and visuals that communicate professionalism and strategic vision
The work was divided into clearly structured, user-oriented phases:
- Initial site and market analysis: we assessed current brand identity strengths, communication gaps, and industry competitors.
- Reorganization of information architecture: we defined specific sections for «Design & Construction,» «Arena Management,» «Events,» and «Investors,» with filters and subsections that guided the user to relevant content.
- Tailored UX/UI design: essential but impactful interfaces, use of real arena visuals, clear visual hierarchies, conversion-oriented call-to-actions.
- Lead generation and conversion: creation of dedicated forms, brochure downloads, case study presentations, calls to action tailored to professional targets.
- Technical/performance optimization: fast site, smooth navigation on mobile, basic SEO to emerge in the infrastructure and sports facilities segment.
