Octagona rappresenta un punto di riferimento strategico per le imprese che guardano ai mercati esteri, con un’operatività estesa a oltre 40 Paesi. La precedente presenza digitale non rifletteva adeguatamente questa autorevolezza, soffrendo di una frammentazione che rendeva difficile comunicare la vastità dell’offerta. Il progetto di rinnovamento aveva obiettivi precisi:
- Riorganizzare l’ecosistema dei servizi: Dalla consulenza strategica all’export management operativo, fino al digital export.
- Supportare l’espansione: Creare una piattaforma scalabile capace di sostenere una visibilità internazionale.
- Elevating brand perception: Conveying solidity and competence through modern and functional design.
Challenge:
The greatest criticality lay in managing complexity. Octagona targets a diverse audience with very different needs (from SMEs to large industry). Three key nodes needed to be solved:
- Overload Informativo: Rendere comprensibile una gamma di servizi tecnici e articolati senza confondere l’utente.
- Navigation: Simplify user paths (User Journeys) to enable each target audience to quickly find the right solution.
- Multi-Market Positioning: Building an SEO strategy capable of intercepting specific search intent in different linguistic and cultural contexts.
Approach:
We worked on structure even before graphics, taking an analytical approach:
