Complete redesign of the Octagona website to reorganize an articulated offering of internationalization services, simplify navigation and support global positioning. The project combines UX, information architecture and structured SEO to enhance the brand's authority in more than 40 countries.

The Project:

Octagona represents a strategic benchmark for companies looking to enter foreign markets, with operations extending to over 40 countries. Its previous digital presence did not adequately reflect this authority, suffering from fragmentation that made it difficult to communicate the breadth of its offerings. The renovation project had specific objectives:

 

  • Reorganizing the service ecosystem: From strategic consulting to operational export management, up to digital export.
  • Support expansion: Create a scalable platform capable of sustaining international visibility.
  • Elevating brand perception: Conveying solidity and competence through modern and functional design.
Challenge:

The greatest criticality lay in managing complexity. Octagona targets a diverse audience with very different needs (from SMEs to large industry). Three key nodes needed to be solved:

 

  1. Information Overload: Making a range of technical and complex services understandable without confusing the user.
  2. Navigation: Simplify user paths (User Journeys) to enable each target audience to quickly find the right solution.
  3. Multi-Market Positioning: Building an SEO strategy capable of intercepting specific search intent in different linguistic and cultural contexts.
Approach:

We worked on structure even before graphics, taking an analytical approach:

 

  • Information Architecture (IA) Deep analysis of services and redefining the navigation tree. We have categorized the offering to make consultation intuitive, guiding the user to the most relevant solution.
  • Content Mapping Strategy Mapping content to align it with real customer needs (Pain Points), turning descriptive pages into conversion tools.
  • Structured SEO Implementation of a granular positioning strategy, focused on high business value keywords specific to the markets Octagona oversees.
