See what the people and companies who chose us have to say. Their experiences show the value of our work, every day.
Real estate marketing in Piedmont has a job that is often underestimated: showing people who is behind the construction site before they even see an apartment. In a sector where large developers, well-established construction companies and a multitude of small players coexist, people buying a home or commissioning work look for signs of reliability: completed projects, deadlines met, declared materials, a recognizable point of contact. If your company looks the same as every other one online, the choice comes down to price. And on price, an organized company with staff, guarantees and firm timelines rarely wins against competitors with lower overhead.
We work with developers, construction companies and real estate firms that sell new residential projects or want to strengthen their reputation with private clients and commissioning parties. You get a senior person as your direct contact, from defining the project brand all the way to handling the leads that come in from your campaigns.
A new development sells better when it has a name, an identity and a story before the first floor exists. With branding we define the positioning, logo, palette and tone of the project. It stays consistent with your company brand but speaks to the right target, from families looking for their first home to high-end buyers.
We build websites and landing pages dedicated to a single development, with floor plans, specifications, delivery dates, construction progress and an inquiry form that collects budget and timing. Visitors know right away whether the property is right for them, and your sales office receives leads with the information it needs.
When the property isn't built yet, images are the product. We integrate real estate renderings, virtual tours and videos into your site so buyers can explore the spaces from home, compare units and arrive at the sales office with their choice already focused, cutting down on wasted visits.
With Meta campaigns targeted by area, age and interests, and Google Ads campaigns on searches for new-build homes, we bring inquiries to your construction sites. The forms separate people ready to buy from those just browsing, so your sales team doesn't waste time and focuses visits on people with a compatible budget and timeline.
For a construction company, advertising isn't enough: you need visible references. We tell the story of completed sites with project pages, before-and-after photos and testimonials, manage your company social media and prepare materials that also help in dealing with public and private clients, from tenders to presentations to technical teams, where a company's credibility counts as much as price.
Weeks or months pass between the first inquiry and the signature. With AI and automation we connect your forms to the CRM, send construction updates to people who have shown interest and flag the hottest leads to your sales rep, so no potential buyer goes cold for lack of answers.
According to ANCE's Scenari regionali dell'edilizia 2026, based on data from the Agenzia delle Entrate, 70,932 home sales were recorded in Piedmont in 2025, up 10.1% from 2024. The figures are still provisional, taken from a document closed on May 20, 2026, but they point to a recovering residential market in which developers compete for qualified leads on new construction projects.
Demand is highly concentrated. The province of Turin alone accounts for 37,793 sales, while the other provinces have much smaller volumes. For a developer operating outside the provincial capital, that means a smaller pool of buyers, where every qualified lead weighs more and has to be intercepted precisely. The chart, again from ANCE data, shows the provinces with the most home sales in 2025.
For companies, the picture has two sides. On one hand, the sector is fragmented: according to ANCE, 67.6% of Piedmont's construction companies have a single employee. An established company or a developer therefore needs to clearly communicate reliability, organization and references, because online customers can't easily tell a company with dozens of completed sites from a sole tradesperson. On the other hand, also according to ANCE, construction investment fell slightly in 2025, by 1% in real terms, and the 2026 recovery is driven mainly by PNRR public works, with 545 sites under way.
So if you work mostly for private clients, you can't wait for demand to show up on its own: you have to generate it. There is no official construction or real estate district in Piedmont, and the market varies a lot between the capital, the Cuneo and Alessandria areas, the Novara area and the Asti area. That's why an effective campaign starts from the territory of each individual site: people who already live nearby, people who work there, people looking for a bigger home a few kilometers from the city. Real estate marketing works when it speaks to these people with the images, numbers and guarantees they're looking for.
Timing matters too. A buyer purchasing off plan commits months or years before moving in, and during that time they want to feel looked after: construction updates, quick answers, clear documents. Companies that handle this communication well sell more units before delivery and get more word of mouth from happy customers, which in residential remains one of the most valuable sources of leads.
As of 10/22/2026, the only regional program we have verified is the Voucher digitalizzazione PMI 2026, OPEN for applications from October 22 to December 15, 2026. It does not fund marketing or advertising campaigns as such.

The Voucher digitalizzazione PMI 2026 from Regione Piemonte and the chamber of commerce system is reserved for micro, small and medium-sized businesses, with a grant of 50% to 70% depending on company size and a cap of €25,000. It covers enabling technologies such as AI, cloud, cybersecurity and big data, plus equipment and software; consulting is allowed only up to 30% of expenses. For a construction company it can make sense, for example, for a CRM with artificial intelligence features or for site management tools, not for paying for ads or campaigns. We have not analyzed building bonuses on this page: they affect demand but follow their own tax rules, so you'll need your accountant's advice. The same goes for any local measures from individual municipalities or Camere di commercio, which can open and close within a few weeks. Always check the requirements in the text of the call.
Acquamarina is a high-end residential development in Misano Adriatico, so outside Piedmont. In 2025 we created its brand identity: strategy, logo design, color palette, brand system, brochure and editorial design. It's a branding project, not a lead generation one, and no numerical results have been published. We mention it because it shows how we build the identity of a real estate development before it goes on sale.
For a Piedmont developer, that's exactly the point: a residential project with a clear identity, coordinated materials and a consistent story makes every later activity more effective, from the project website to campaigns, because every lead instantly recognizes the product and what sets it apart. A weak identity, on the other hand, forces campaigns to work harder to get the same attention, and in the long run costs more. You can see the work in the Acquamarina portfolio.

Our FAQ section offers clear, concrete answers for anyone who has heard about web agencies and wonders what a team of professionals can really do for them.
For a construction company, real estate marketing covers the positioning of the brand and of each project, a website that showcases completed projects and properties for sale, dedicated pages with renderings and virtual tours, Meta and Google Ads campaigns to generate inquiries, reputation management through references and social media, and tools to follow leads all the way to signing. Priorities differ depending on whether you sell new homes directly or mostly work for clients: we define them together in a free 30-minute audit.
Start from the project's identity, well before the construction site opens: name, image, and the story of the neighborhood and nearby services. Then you need a landing page with renderings, floor plans and specifications, campaigns targeted at people who live or work in the area, and a form that captures budget and purchase timing. During construction, regular progress updates keep the leads you've collected engaged and build trust, which is the deciding factor for anyone buying off plan.
Yes, especially when the property doesn't exist yet. Realistic renderings and virtual tours let buyers understand space, light and finishes without having to imagine everything from a floor plan, and they arrive at the viewing with specific questions. They don't replace your sales team, but they cut meetings with people who aren't really interested and shorten the decision for the right ones. Quality and consistency matter, though: images that differ too much from the final result create expectations that later turn into complaints.
By combining precise campaigns with smart filters. Meta and Google Ads campaigns should be built around the area of the project and the buyer's profile, not a generic audience. Forms ask only for the information that really matters, such as budget, property type and timing, and a CRM-connected system separates ready-to-buy leads from those to nurture over time. The result to measure isn't the number of leads, but how many sales office visits and purchase offers they produce.
We don't give guidance on building bonuses on this page: tax rules change often and should be checked with your advisor. On digitalization, as of 10/22/2026 the Voucher digitalizzazione PMI 2026 from Regione Piemonte is OPEN: applications from 11:00 a.m. on October 22 to 4:00 p.m. on December 15, 2026, with document pre-loading from October 12, for micro, small and medium-sized businesses only. It covers technology and software, not marketing campaigns. Always check the requirements in the official call text.
With regular, verifiable updates that become proof of reliability. Photos and short videos of each work phase, a dedicated progress section on your website and regular posts on social media show people who have already reserved a unit that deadlines are being met, and show those still deciding that an organized company stands behind the project. In Piedmont, where many construction companies are very small, this transparency sets you apart. We plan a simple shooting schedule with your site manager, so the storytelling doesn't get in the way of the work on site.
