See what the people and companies who chose us have to say. Their experiences show the value of our work, every day.
Tourism marketing in Piedmont means working with territories that look nothing alike. A hotel on Lake Maggiore, a relais in the Langhe hills and a hotel in Ossola speak to different guests, in different seasons and often in different languages. Yet many properties use the same website for everyone and leave it to the portals to get them found abroad, paying a commission on every night sold. Our work starts from real demand: who is searching for your area, from which country, with which words, and when they decide where to stay.
We support Piedmont hotel groups, organized accommodation providers and hospitality operators with a senior person as your direct point of contact, from the initial analysis through to the campaigns. No one-size-fits-all packages: a tourism web marketing plan built around your destination, your markets and the way your guests choose.
People who come for the wine aren't looking for what lake or mountain visitors want. For each property, we define a positioning tied to its territory and to the international markets that visit it. For groups with multiple locations, we build a shared identity through branding, while leaving each property its own voice and its own audience.
We design hotel websites that take guests from the first page to booking in just a few steps, with an integrated booking engine that's always visible. Clear rates, perks for those who book direct, dedicated pages for rooms, services and experiences: every element is there to reduce the jump to a portal.
People planning a trip to Piedmont from abroad look for the destination before the property. With a separate SEO strategy for each market, we capture those searches in the guest's language, while SEO for AI works to make your property show up in the answers of assistants that suggest where to stay.
Grape harvest, truffles, lakes, cycling routes: these are the topics that make people choose an area before they choose a hotel. With copywriting, we turn the local knowledge your staff already has into pages and guides that are useful to guests, written to be found and to lead to direct bookings.
Google Ads campaigns cover searches for your property's name and for the destination, so people who are already looking for you don't end up on a portal. On social media, we reach those who are still dreaming about the trip. Budgets and messages follow the seasonality of your territory, not one calendar for the whole region.
A property that works with international guests gets inquiries at all hours and in different languages. With AI and automation, we set up fast answers on availability, services and the local area, sort requests for groups, weddings and events, and leave your staff the conversations that truly need a person.
According to Regione Piemonte (April 2026), in 2025 the region exceeded 6,730,000 arrivals and recorded 18,170,000 overnight stays. The figure that matters most to anyone selling rooms is where guests come from: international markets account for 53% of overnight stays, and international arrivals grew 8.9% over the previous year, more than Italian ones.
Demand, however, is not evenly distributed. In 2024, according to the statistical report of the Osservatorio Turistico Regione Piemonte (2025 edition), ATL Turismo Torino e Provincia alone recorded 2,889,506 arrivals out of the region's 6,286,151, or 45.97%. The chart compares arrivals in the main tourist areas: the Distretto Turistico dei Laghi, covering Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta and Ossola; Langhe Monferrato Roero; the Terre dell'Alto Piemonte between Biella, Vercelli and Novara; the Cuneo area; and the Alessandria area served by Alexala.
Outside the Turin area, every territory has to earn its own international visibility. The most interesting case is Langhe Monferrato Roero: in 2025 it had the strongest growth in overnight stays, +11.9% according to Regione Piemonte, with volumes still modest at over 761,000 arrivals. It's open ground for organized properties that want to capture international food and wine demand with their own content, instead of relying only on OTAs.
What this means for your property, in practice:
There's also something the numbers don't show but that we see often when working with properties: lesser-known areas are where good content makes the biggest difference. If a German or Dutch traveler searches for where to stay between Biella and Vercelli, or in a valley in the Cuneo area, online competition is far lower than in central Turin. A property that explains its territory well, with polished, up-to-date pages, can become the go-to result for that search even without a big advertising budget.
As of 10/22/2026, none of the tools we checked directly funds tourism marketing: the Fondo Green Tour has been CLOSED since 5:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026 and was focused on energy efficiency anyway, while the Region's Voucher digitalizzazione PMI 2026 is OPEN, with applications from October 22 to December 15, 2026.

They're worth reading carefully. The Ministry of Tourism's Fondo Green Tour was designed for investments of 1 to 15 million euros, at least 51% of which in energy efficiency and renewables: digitalization only counted as a "driven" investment, and the window closed on October 8, 2026. The Voucher digitalizzazione PMI 2026 is reserved for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, so not for large groups, and covers enabling technologies such as AI and cloud, equipment and software; e-commerce is only eligible if linked to another technology on the list, and marketing campaigns as such remain excluded. Before any spending, check the requirements in the text of the call.
Spaesati is a tourism project born in Tuscany, so in a different region. For Spaesati, we handled editorial design, keyword research, SEO, and social media and community management: work that shaped the content starting from how people search for a place to discover, not from how a brochure would describe it. No numerical results have been published for this project, so we don't cite any. We'll walk you through the method, because it's what we'd bring to the Langhe or the Piedmont lakes: researching travelers' real questions, content organized by themes and experiences, a community that talks about the territory.
For a Piedmont property, this translates into a content library that works all year round: seasonal guides, routes through wineries and villages, practical tips for international visitors, all linked to your booking pages. The value isn't in a single article, but in the sum of useful answers that make your property the most trusted source in its area. You can find the project in the Spaesati portfolio.
Want to know how much of your international demand could book directly on your site? Book a free 30-minute audit and let's look at markets, website and channels together.
Our FAQ section offers clear, concrete answers for anyone who has heard about web agencies and wonders what a team of professionals can really do for them.
Tourism marketing for a hotel covers analysis of the markets your guests come from, a website with a booking engine that makes booking direct easy, multilingual SEO for searches tied to your area, content about experiences and seasons, Google and social campaigns, and tools to manage inquiries. The weight of each lever changes: for a hotel in the Langhe, food and wine will matter most; for a lakeside property, the international summer audience. We define it together, starting from a free 30-minute audit.
By working on the moment your guest decides. If your property shows up when they search for the destination, if your website answers their questions in their language, and if booking with you is as easy and rewarding as booking on a portal, part of the demand comes back to your direct channel. You need a highly visible booking engine, clear benefits for those who book on your site, campaigns on your property's name, and content about the area. OTAs are still useful for getting you discovered: the goal is that they aren't your only front door.
It depends on your guests, not on a fixed rule. According to the Piedmont Region, in 2025 the foreign market accounts for 53% of overnight stays and foreign arrivals grew by 8.9%: for many properties English is the bare minimum, but your management system's data may point to more specific markets. It's better to have a few well-crafted languages, with pages and SEO designed for the people who speak them, than many machine translations nobody reads. We start from where your guests come from and the real searches in each country.
As of 10/09/2026, the Ministry of Tourism's Fondo Green Tour is CLOSED: applications could be submitted from 12:00 p.m. on July 15, 2026 to 5:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026, and it covered investments from €1 to €15 million driven by energy efficiency. The Region's Voucher digitalizzazione PMI 2026 is OPEN: applications from 11:00 a.m. on October 22 to 4:00 p.m. on December 15, 2026, for micro, small and medium-sized businesses only, and it does not fund marketing campaigns as such. No marketing expense is eligible by definition: always check the text of the call.
With a single point of direction and a senior person as your contact. For a group with properties in different areas, for example across lakes, hills and the Turin area, we build a shared identity and then work property by property on website, languages, content and campaigns, because every destination has its own guests and its own seasonality. We measure results with shared indicators, so you can compare your properties with each other. We were founded in Milan more than ten years ago and work with companies all over Italy, Piedmont included.
By presenting them as the reason for the trip, not as an add-on service. People searching for the hills, lakes or valleys of Piedmont often start from an experience: a tasting, a hike, a winery visit. That's why we create pages dedicated to the experiences you offer or can organize with local partners, written in the languages of the markets you care about and linked to direct booking. With copywriting we give every offer the right words and practical information, so guests find a complete stay on your site instead of just a room.
