Doing B2B marketing for a manufacturing company in the Veneto region today mainly means one thing: finding new customers abroad while some traditional markets slow down. The region's industrial districts, from thermomechanics to agricultural machinery, from plastics to home appliances, live on exports and relationships built over decades of trade shows, agents, and distributors. Those channels still work, but on their own they are no longer enough to compensate for a closing market, a changing tariff, or a major client cutting orders.

We support you with hands-on work: a technical, multi-language website that buyers actually find, targeted B2B lead generation for the markets you want to open up, and tools like portals and configurators that make sales work easier. A senior expert acts as your direct point of contact, from strategy to results, with no middle layers to go through to get an answer.

What we offer to companies looking for B2B marketing

Map of markets to open up

Before investing, we figure out where it makes sense to grow. We analyze your current customers, competitors, and online demand across potential countries, and we define which buyers to talk to, in which languages, and with what technical arguments. A written plan lets you shift budgets between markets when conditions change, instead of reacting to every little bump.

Technical and multilingual websites

The foreign buyer evaluates a supplier from their website before writing. We create Websites with product sheets, certifications, and applications readable by Google and AI assistants, in every language you need. With the SEO Strategy and the SEO for AI your products appear in the searches of the markets you want to reach.

Ongoing B2B lead generation

The LinkedIn campaigns reach purchasing managers, technical offices, and plant directors by country and sector; the google ads campaigns they catch those looking for a component or a machine. Every request is tracked back to the source, so you know which channels bring deals and not just leads.

B2B portal and ecommerce

If you work with retailers, installers, or regular customers, a B2B portal with dedicated price lists, stock levels, and order history saves time for both you and them. For spare parts and consumables, a B2B ecommerce platform handles reorders without needing the sales team. Both start as Web apps connected to your ERP system.

3D Configurator and corporate videos

Machines with many variants are hard to explain with a PDF. A 3D configurator guides the customer through the selection and generates a ready-to-use quote request; corporate videos show systems, machining processes, and testing to those who cannot visit you in person. These are tools that shorten negotiations, especially with distant clients.

Sales process automation

Thanks to AI and automation Requests are sorted by country and product, receive an initial technical response with the right documentation, and reach the relevant sales rep only when they are qualified. Your team spends time on the deals that matter, not on filtering emails, incomplete forms, and off-target inquiries coming from all over the world.

B2B marketing for manufacturing in Veneto: the context

Veneto is one of the Italian regions most oriented toward export. In 2025, according to the report "Verona in the world" of the Chamber of Commerce of Verona (2026) based on Istat data, the region exported 79,972,524,848 euros, a still provisional figure. Machinery, according to the 2026 Statistical Report of the Veneto Region , they account for 20% of regional exports. The industrial districts monitored by Intesa Sanpaolo exported 33.2 billion euros in 2024. Behind these numbers are many small and medium-sized businesses that compete in international markets with often lean commercial structures, where the owner or a few salespeople follow customers scattered across many countries. For them, digital marketing is not a matter of image, but a way to multiply the work of the sales network without hiring for every new market.

33.2 bln € Veneto industrial districts export, 2024 Intesa Sanpaolo
-2,1%Metalworking districts export variation, 2024 Intesa Sanpaolo

Beneath the totals, however, the districts are moving in very different ways. In 2024, the metalworking districts lost 2.1%, equal to 157 million euros in exports, according to the Intesa Sanpaolo Triveneto monitor published in May 2025. The agricultural machinery of Padua and Vicenza did worse: -11.3%, with demand from the United States plunging by 48%. These are signs that a manufacturing company cannot ignore. When a market shrinks, the lost demand must be replaced, and buyers who do not know you yet look for you online before contacting you: if they don't find you, they choose a German, Turkish, or Asian competitor that presents itself better.

Geography also matters. Exports are distributed across several provinces, each with its own districts and specializations: thermomechanics in Padua and Verona, instrumental mechanics in Vicenza, plastics between Treviso, Vicenza, and Padua, home appliances in Treviso, and paper and graphics in Verona. Here's the weight of the main provinces on regional exports in 2025, all sectors included:

Vicenza leads by a wide margin, followed by Treviso, Verona, and Padua, with Venice and Belluno further behind. For marketing, this means there isn't a one-size-fits-all plan for Veneto's manufacturing sector: an agricultural machinery manufacturer and a plastics company have different buyers, markets, and sales cycles, and the strategy needs to be built around your specific case. What unites almost all companies in the region is their reliance on traditional channels, like trade shows and agents, which remain valuable but don't allow for quick reactions when a market changes direction. A well-implemented digital system adds a channel that works year-round and can be directed towards the countries you need.

Incentives for digital marketing of businesses in Veneto in 2026

As of 10/06/2026, the two main tools we checked are both closed: the Veneto Region's PIF Call, with the Mechanics session closed on 03/31/2026, and the Verona Chamber of Commerce's Double Transition Voucher 2026, closed on September 22, 2026.

Tool Status Period What it covers

Veneto Region
Closed Fashion/Design session: from 10:00 on 17/07/2025 to 12:00 on 30/09/2025; Mechanics session: from 10:00 on 13/01/2026 to 12:00 on 31/03/2026 Supply chain internationalization for SMEs in fashion, sports, interior design, automotive, agricultural machinery, and mechanical subcontracting: company websites, ecommerce, marketing campaigns in foreign markets, trade fairs, and showrooms are also eligible.
Double Transition Voucher Call 2026 – Chamber of Commerce of Verona
CCIAA Verona (Unioncamere/PID initiative)
Closed filling out from July 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM; sending applications from September 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM to September 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM Digital and green enabling technologies (AI, cybersecurity, IoT, ERP/CRM). Maximum grant 50%, minimum investment 4,000 euros. Company websites, web advertising, SEO, and SEM are excluded.
Status verified on 10/06/2026 (updated on 10/09/2026). Before spending any money, always check the requirements and eligible expenses in the call for proposals text.

The two calls for proposals are very different. The PIF (Action 1.3.6 PR FESR 2021-2027) funded supply chain internationalization projects and, among the eligible expenses, it also included the development of websites and e-commerce, as well as marketing and communication campaigns in foreign markets: it's a good reference for any future editions. The Dual Transition Voucher, on the other hand, supported digital and green technologies such as AI, cybersecurity, IoT, ERP, and CRM. However, in the standard text of the 2026 calls, expenses for websites, web advertising, SEO, and SEM are excluded. In general, chamber of commerce incentives for digitalization do not cover marketing: before relying on a contribution, always check the official text of the call for proposals.

Case study: Miba, precision sheet metal fabrication

Miba is a precision sheet metal working company, a field close to the mechanical subcontracting that characterizes many districts in the Veneto region. The project combined web design, SEO, multi-language content, and UX around a clear goal: to make the company easily found by those truly looking for that type of manufacturing, even abroad.

The results published in the portfolio are these: +245% organic traffic, +211% keywords in top 10, +24% keyword ranking, and 49% indexed pages. This is the exact method we bring to manufacturing companies in the Veneto region: figuring out the exact words buyers use to search for your products in every language and building technical pages that answer those exact questions. For a Veneto-based company, the starting point would look similar: an analysis of search trends in priority foreign markets, a page structure organized by processes, materials, and served industries, and technical content written specifically for those who need to choose a supplier they've never met before. You can find the full project in Miba's portfolio .

FAQ

The FAQ section was created to offer clear and concrete answers to those who, hearing about web agencies, might wonder what benefits they can truly gain from a team of professionals.

It includes a strategy for the markets to open up, a technical multilingual site that can be indexed, SEO also for AI assistants, lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, sales tools such as a B2B portal, B2B ecommerce, 3D configurator and corporate videos, and automations that qualify requests. You don't need everything at once. For a company that exports a lot, you often start with a presence in the buyers' languages; for those who sell through resellers, with the portal. With a free 30-minute audit we can figure out which levers make sense for you.

Trade shows are still an important moment, but they only last a few days and demand continues the rest of the year. B2B marketing works before, during, and after. Before, with campaigns targeting buyers who will visit the show and pages dedicated to new products. During, with content and videos that the sales team can show at the booth. After, with follow-up sequences that turn business cards into deals. In the months without events, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and SEO keep bringing in trackable quote requests.

It depends on the channel. LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns can bring in the first leads within a few weeks, once the audience and messages are set up well. SEO takes longer, usually months, but it builds a flow of contacts that doesn't stop when the budget does. In manufacturing, sales cycles are long, so we also measure intermediate indicators: qualified leads, proposals sent, new countries reached. We define the goals together at the beginning, so you always know what to expect from B2B marketing.

As of 06/10/2026, the verified instruments are CLOSED. The Veneto Region's PIF Call had a Fashion/Design session from 07/17/2025 to 09/30/2025 and a Mechanics session from 01/13/2026 to 03/31/2026; it also covered websites, e-commerce, and campaigns in foreign markets. The Verona Chamber of Commerce's 2026 Double Transition Voucher accepted applications from September 15, 2026, to September 22, 2026, but excludes websites, SEO, and advertising. Always check the requirements in the call text before any spending.

We work with manufacturing and industrial companies all over Italy, and the case study we're showing you, Miba, is a precision carpentry company: a sector similar to Veneto's mechanical subcontracting. We were founded in Milan over ten years ago and the method doesn't depend on the province: the product, the buyers, and the markets are what count. For Veneto, you'll also find dedicated insights for Padua and Verona. Your point of contact is always a senior professional who knows the project inside out.

No, if set up right, it actually makes them stronger. Agents and distributors remain key for relationships and markets they know well; digital marketing brings them fresh leads and better materials. Inquiries from the website or campaigns are sorted by country and product and sent straight to the person handling that area, while spec sheets, videos, and a B2B portal with updated price lists and documents make their daily grind a lot easier. In countries where you don't have a network yet, though, digital channels let you gather your first leads and figure out if it's worth finding a local partner.
