Development of a comprehensive visual ecosystem for Solarelit, an international player in the renewable energy sector. The project supported the brand in major trade fair events and digital communication through video, graphic and social materials with high impact and perfectly consistent across every touchpoint.
Solarelit, an international leader in renewable energy solutions, needed a strategic partner to elevate the quality of its visual communication. The need was not just aesthetic but also functional for the business: to support the brand's presence at crucial moments like major industry trade shows (e.g., Key Energy in Rimini) and to strengthen brand awareness on digital channels. The project aimed to create a coherent content ecosystem for:
- Support the sales team during international events.
- Fuel the LinkedIn presence with high-profile materials.
- Uniform visual language across different touchpoints (video, print, web).
The complexity of the project lay in time management and cross-media consistency. Key critical issues included:
- Taxing Deadlines: The need to produce complex materials (videos, setups) with strict deadlines dictated by trade show dates.
- Omnichannel Consistency: Ensuring the identity of an international brand remained strong and recognizable, correctly adapting it for both a large exhibition screen and a smartphone feed.
- Coordination: Manage the production of very different assets (video editing, vector graphics, printing) in parallel.
To meet these needs, we enabled an Agile workflow, focused on speed of execution without compromising on quality:
- Strategic Production Planning Early definition of storyboards and scripts for corporate videos, optimizing shooting sessions and reducing post-production time.
- Visual Design for Events Designing impactful trade show materials, studied to grab attention in crowded environments and immediately communicate the technological value of the offering.
- Smart Workflow Implementing streamlined review processes for social and corporate graphics, allowing the client to quickly validate assets and ensure content “time-to-market.”.
